1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Print Zone Jammu, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Artwork & Proofing

Clients are solely responsible for proofreading and approving all final artwork before it goes to print. Print Zone Jammu is not liable for errors in spelling, punctuation, or poor image quality provided by the client. Colors viewed on screens may vary from the final printed product due to CMYK conversion.

3. Turnaround Times & Delivery

Quoted turnaround times are estimates and begin only after final artwork approval and payment clearance. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Print Zone Jammu is not liable for delays caused by machine malfunctions, shipping carrier delays, or force majeure events.

4. Refunds and Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If a printing error occurs that is strictly the fault of Print Zone Jammu, we will gladly reprint the order at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.
